Create Schematic Design
Utilizing the latest in design software and incorporating your feedback at every step, we translate your ‘wish list’ into a complete schematic floor plan. In doing so, we keep an eye on constructability and costs to ensure you’re only going to build what you want.
Prepare Specifications for Bidding
In order to maximize the benefits of bidding your project, the documents used must be as complete as possible. We write documents that include the schematic design, performance-based requirements for all work (site, concrete, HVAC, etc.), and develop a finish schedule that specifies everything needed for your bidders to develop true apples-to-apples numbers.
